Review procedure, description of review type

In case of a positive result of the plagiarism check, the article is submitted for scientific review. Reviewing is carried out by specialists of the relevant profile in compliance with the principles of objectivity, confidentiality and impartiality. Based on the results of the expert opinions, the editorial board makes one of the following decisions: to reject the material as not meeting the requirements of the publication; to recommend it for publication; or to return it to the author for revision, taking into account the comments of the reviewers. After making the necessary changes, the article can be resubmitted for consideration and, if necessary, undergo additional review.
