Procedure for retracting published articles
The grounds for retracting an article are gross violations of legal, publication and ethical norms. The following works are subject to retraction: those that have not undergone proper peer review or have falsified reviews; those published without the consent of the authors; those that contain a hidden conflict of interest; those that have an incorrect composition of authors; those that contain significant errors, fabrications or falsifications; those that duplicate publications in other publications; those that contain plagiarism or incorrect borrowings. Journal editorial boards, the editor-in-chief, authors or other interested persons who provide substantiated evidence of violations can initiate a retraction. The editorial board of the journal considers only reasoned appeals. The procedure involves submitting a statement with facts to the editorial board, creating a commission for verification, making a decision with the preparation of a protocol (indicating the reasons and date, and in the case of plagiarism - a link to the source) and publishing information about the retraction on the article page on the journal website.
