Psychophysiology silence, speaking and singing in the regulation of student learning

The research deals with the interdependences of teaching and health of learners and their implementation in the medical and psychological project. This project includes the corresponding technique of schooling harmonization “Harmony of intelligence and health”, developed by PhD in Medicine N. Yanovskay, and figuratively named “Pisneznayka” for the subjective self-realization of learners. The study covers the psychophysiological effects of the technique, the results of medical and psychological examinations, correlation and analysis of hardware indexes of five psychophysiological states of learners such as silence, speaking and singing. There has been discovered the life-long value of harmonic preschool and school teaching periods in relation to socially determined dangers resulted in addictions and inverted self-realization of children and adolescents, dangerous for their health and social coexistence.
