Анотація

Завдання раціонально-емоційної теорії роз’яснені у кожному із вище названих її структурних компонентів; визначені властивості, характерні ознаки та особливості працівників раціонально-емоційної організації, також проаналізовані переваги самої організації; запропонована ABC структура ефективної організації, що співпадає з традиційною моделлю, розробленою Альбертом Еллісом - засновником раціонально-емоційної терапії [див. 1; 2; 26—30].
